Where can I find my Order Number?

Your Order Number (e.g., #ANA1001) can be found in the confirmation email you received right after placing your order.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

It may take 24–48 hours for the logistics provider to update the first scan after your package is dispatched from our warehouse.

My package says "Delivered", but I haven't received it yet.

Please check around your front porch, mailbox, or with your neighbors. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a few hours before actual delivery. If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, contact us immediately.
